Michael IV the Paphlagonian (1010 – 10 December 1041) was Byzantine Emperor from 11 April 1034 to his death on 10 December 1041. He owed his elevation to Empress Zoe, daughter of Emperor Constantine VIII and wife of Romanos III Argyros. The real coin was made with bronze material, Constantinople mint, 1034 - 1041 A.D.The obverse shows a figure of Christ standing facing, wearing nimbus cruciger, pallium and colobium, raising right in benediction, Gospels in left, IC-XC. In the reverse side it is a Jeweled cross with pellet at each extremity, in the angles IC - XC / NI-KA (May Jesus Christ Conquer) This pendant is crafted with extra care in 925 Sterling Silver.
